We make every effort to fulfill all the expectations of the patient. However, please note that there may be certain services that we are unable to provide and must cancel.

Our Patient Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your services is cancelled. If your booking is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in you as per our Refunds policy.

Cancellation by the Patient
Please contact our Patient Care team in case you don’t wants to avail our services. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel your bookings and refund the entire amount if the services  has not been reserved by us.

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the patient. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the complete payments. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Refund Policy for Conferences Registration/Sponsorship
Refund policy for upcoming conference during 12th to 14th October 2015:-

All Cancellations of registration must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretarariat and will be subject to the following refund policy:-

  1. Once the Request for cancellation is acknowledged by us, refund will be made after deduction of 25% Cancellation fee if  notification is received after 15th September 2015.
  2. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 30th September 2015.
  3. We will refund the money the way the payment was made.
  4. Please allow two weeks for processing of refund.
  5. Refund through Electronic Transfer (Bank Charges will be deducted from total refund value.)
  6. For smooth refund, It may be ensured that the Remitter’s  name,  Purpose of remittance(Registration Fees),(Registration and Accommodation) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application.

For future conferences policies will be decided from time to time.
